Scope of Services

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Incident Logging and Ticket Handling: Log and process incidents, issues, and service requests submitted by users through phone or email in an incident management tool, resolving them in a timely and effective manner according to internal SLA. This role focused on coordinating responses to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and facilitate delivery problem resolution. This role involves managing the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding spare parts, provisioning products, or related services. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and efficient material delivery, manage customer orders, and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

This is a 1 year contract role (January 2025 - December 2025).

Job Responsibilities:

• Review customer purchase orders to assess and understand requirements.
• Process and maintain customer purchase orders, including order entry and portal management within the ERP system.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, Sales, and Quality teams to resolve orders in a timely manner.
• Prioritize orders based on required ship dates and perform analysis to address issues efficiently.
