Application monitoring responsibilities

• Define and implement in coordination with the build team the needed application monitoring. Supervise and monitor daily and monthly chains and handle user request by working closely with project, infrastructure and production teams.
• Support overnight batches which take place during the Singapore Morning and early afternoon time to ensure that problems are swiftly analyzed and resolved to minimize down-time.
• Process and issue daily, weekly and monthly reporting on data quality of risk chain in which the activity is usually more intense on monthly run.

Incidents and Requests management (business users and others IT teams)

• Provide level 1 and level 2 application support to business users (trader, risk manager, market risk monitoring operator, back-office and middle-office analyst, market data administrator,…)
• Analyze and manage incidents/problems/requests.
• Problem management and continuous improvement
• Prepare and maintain knowledge base for each of the application in the scope of the team in coordination with the build team and the ops team.
• Collaborate with build team to assess the priority of the problem and follow-up the resolution, even contributing to the definition of long term solution.
• Provide non-functional requirement to the build team to implement monitoring as code whenever available.

The Support analyst should have a pro-active mindset in security, incident preventive measures, productivity and global improvement of the quality of service. Candidate should have a strong appetite in the capital market functional business.

We are looking for Shared Services Support Specialist, they are responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding of new employees by providing necessary IT equipment, managing access cards, and assisting with facilities and tenant management. Roles & Responsibilities

1. IT Onboarding:

• Coordinate with HR and IT departments to ensure new employees are set up with the necessary IT equipment (laptops, phones, software, etc.) and user accounts.
• Assist in troubleshooting IT-related issues for new employees during their first days.
• Ensure smooth access to internal systems, tools, and network setups for new hires.

2. Access Card Management:

3. Facilities and Tenant Management:

• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the facilities are running smoothly and meet company requirements.
• Assist in managing relationships with tenants or other external partners in the office building.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.

4. Event Organization:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating internal company events such as team-building activities, town halls, and corporate celebrations.
• Coordinate event logistics including venue booking, catering, materials preparation, and attendee communication.
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute event plans successfully.

5. Cafeteria Support:

• Provide assistance in the management of the cafeteria or employee food services, ensuring employees have access to quality meals, snacks, and beverages.
• Monitor cafeteria services to ensure cleanliness and high standards.
• Help organize special catering for events or company-wide meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec Cert
• Previous experience in IT support, facilities management, or event planning is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with employees across various levels.
