JOB SCOPE:

This person needs to be able to handle both technical repairs of endoscopy systems, while handling the technical support for the regional subsidiaries and distributors.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

(1) Repairs of Endoscope products from customers (subsidiaries and distributors); which includes

• Repairing of Endoscopy System.
• Repair data entry & create Repair Analysis Report.
• Coordinate (communication via email) with customer(s) for any technical support.
• Possess sound technical knowledge for all endoscopy products.
• Field service ad-hoc support to FSE (Field Service Engineers).
• Be a trainer for subsidiaries & distributors.

(2) Achieving set target for the numbers of repairs to be completed each month.

(3) Responsible for ensuring quality of repairs are according to specifications.

(4) Formulate Service improvement with Technical Supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in the same or similar industry.
• Strong team player
• Detailed-oriented
• Fast learner
• Know Microsoft Words/Excel/PowerPoint, IT knowledge (Hardware/Software) is a plus
• Able to do basic skill in repairing equipment (Dis-assembling), soldering works, able to achieve sales target. Training will be provided.

Overview:

The Parts Advisor (Parts Counter) sells parts over the counter and answer enquiries over the phone. He/she assists customers in selecting required parts in a friendly professional and efficient manner. Guaranteeing customer satisfaction and loyalty are top priorities. He/she is the main contact person to the technician in material request. He/she reports to the Parts Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls, providing retail prices and further information enquired by customers and the service department.
• Attending to technicians’ and all other customers’ inquiries and requests for spare parts at the counter.
• To raise parts ordering request forms for customers’ cars as requested by service advisors/technicians via the Power Apps.

• Keeping records of all ordered / special ordered parts and to ensure parts ordered are to be issued out to the requestor.

• Update/inform customers when special ordered parts have been received if parts are ordered directly with the parts department and to arrange for collection.
• To identify and update records on returned charged out parts from service department/body shop and to check that they are in good condition for future sales.
• Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of workstations and parts mini store.
• To carry other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
