The Service Advisor in the automotive industry acts as a bridge between customer and service department. They assess, suggest, schedule, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers on vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Coordinate with ATO’s to ensure timely and efficient repairs
• Manage workshop operations, including scheduling and prioritizing repairs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repair orders, and inventory
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the workshop team to achieve business objectives
• Provide guidance and support to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair services.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor/Customer Service role within the automotive industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Recommend and demonstrate skincare and products to customers.
• Offer expert advice on skincare routines, application techniques, and beauty products.
• Perform mini facials and hand demo, disseminate product samples, brochures, flyers etc. and assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for
• Engage with customers discovering their wants and needs and build productive trust relationships

Main Purpose of the Job:

The Parts Advisor (Parts Counter) sells parts over the counter and answer enquiries over the phone. He/she assists customers in selecting required parts in a friendly professional and efficient manner. Guaranteeing customer satisfaction and loyalty are top priorities. He/she is the main contact person to the technician in material request. He/she reports to the Parts Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Answering phone calls, providing retail prices and further information enquired by customers and the service department.

· Attending to our technicians and all other customers’ inquiries and requests for spare parts at the counter.

· To raise parts ordering request forms for customers’ cars as requested by service advisors/technicians via the Power Apps.

· Informing the Parts Executive / Parts Supervisor to increase stocking level based on movement.

· Identifying and ensuring correct parts are issued out to our technicians for repairing at our workshop as well as to ensure all parts issued out are discarded/invoiced via our DMS.

· Keeping records of all ordered / special ordered parts and to ensure parts ordered are to be issued out to the requestor.

· Staying in contact with the service department, body / paint shop, customers and warehouse for orders and delivery dates.

· Update/inform customers when special ordered parts have been received if parts are ordered directly with the parts department and to arrange for collection.

· To identify and update records on returned charged out parts from service department / body shop and to check that they are in good condition for future sales.

· Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of workstations and parts mini store.

· To carry our other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management

1. Sales and Customer Service
▪ Demonstrate and promote the sale of the Givenchy Beauty products.

▪ Provide accurate skin profiling consultation and assessment to customers.

2. Maintenance and up-keeping of work environment
▪ Actively participate in cleaning displayer units, tools, and testers throughout the day, and more thoroughly at night to prepare for next day’s business.
▪ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
▪ Maintain tester units in proper schematic order.
▪ Clean or replace any broken or damaged products.
▪ Maintain proper placement and condition of merchandise on counter, in stock room and maintained areas.
• Inform management of any store maintenance issues.
• Inform management of any Health and Safety issues which might lead to accidents.
• Ensure availability of testers, printed materials, and counter supplies at all times.
▪ Merchandise and display counters according to the marketing focus of the month and as directed by superior. • Always maintain the highest hygiene standard.

3. Personal Grooming
▪ Uphold the highest standard of Givenchy image and always adhere to the Givenchy’s grooming and uniform guidelines.
▪ Ensure that only the Givenchy’s products are used during working hours.

4. Inventory Management
▪ Assist in stocking of all counter supplies and inventory daily as required.
▪ Assist in merchandising and re-stocking all products on the floor in showcases and cabinets.
▪ Arrange for product transfer from other stores if customer wants product currently unavailable at your counter / store.
▪ Communicate low-stock and out-of-stock situations to Retail / Boutique / Counter Manager.
▪ Assist in the proper rotation of stocks.
▪ Maintain accurate stock records, conducts stock checks and report discrepancies to Retail / Boutique / Counter Manager.

5. Training
▪ Pass all skill tests set by the Brand / Company.
▪ Actively participate in all training sessions, meetings and corporate events.
▪ Apply knowledge acquired from the training sessions to the boutique / counter.

6. Others
• Adhere to established security procedures regarding the handling of cash and assets.
• Establish good working relationships with team members to maintain an amicable and harmonious working environment.
• Undertake all administrative duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager from time to time

Key responsibilities

Enhancing Supply Projects:

Optimizing Business Functions:
Work closely with Trading and Shipping teams to identify and deliver projects that improve business operations, enhance supply chain efficiencies, and drive optionality for Ampol.

Risk Management Development:

Qualifications & experience

· Tertiary qualification in business, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, commerce, science, or engineering is preferred.

· Successful completion of the 225 internal trading aptitude assessment is mandatory for individuals to progress toward a future Trader role

· 5+ years of experience in areas such as Trading, Shipping, Supply Planning, Risk Management, Finance, Strategy, or related roles.

· Demonstrated experience using analytical platforms and extracting actionable insights.
