• Supervise students at the GEAR-Up Room
• Ensure that students tidy-up the GEAR-Up Room and canteen area before they leave.
• Ensure that all equipment is cleaned, switched off (if applicable) and put back at their allocated location after use.
• Work with TIC to organize or conduct structured activities at the GEAR-Up Room.
• Supervise and ensure safety of students in the GYM room
• Clean the gym room and the sports hub.
• Any other duties as assigned by School Leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely support to research and consulting teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Perform data entry and basic processing tasks accurately.
• Create and format Excel charts for clear data presentation.
• Assist in the quality assurance process to ensure accuracy and reliability of outputs.

Requirements

• Diploma in any field (minimum qualification).
• No prior experience required as on-the-job training provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially in charting and data formatting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Scope 工作范围

1) Keep Centre Facility Clean and Disinfected at All Times 时时保持幼儿园清洁和消毒

2) Washing & Disinfect All Equipments and Learning Materials 清洗和消毒所有幼儿园的设备和教材

3) Assist Other Teachers Whenever Needed协助老师和同事们保持课室的卫生

All other Works Assigned by Supervisor in Helping Out When Required主管指派的所有其他工作在必要时帮助。

- Support contract department teams with administrative support

- Communicate with office team members to convey any pertinent information

- Processes new project tender documents to update and maintain files and records

- Correspond to emails and attending to phone calls queries and provide needed information

- Update and maintain office policies and procedures

- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, etc.

- Manage housekeeping of all internal office matters and administrative works

- Sort and distribute mail and courier

- Other ad-hoc administrative duties when assigned

Requirements:

· Diploma in the fields of Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent

· High motivated, eager to learn and keen desire to contribute

· Preferable relevant construction - contract department's admin working experience
