• Experience in site reliability engineering in one of the following languages: Python, Java, PowerShell, shell scripting.
• Hand-on experience with cloud-based technologies and tools especially in deployment, monitoring and operations, such as Prometheus, Splunk, Elasticsearch, Grafana
• Strong working knowledge of modern development technologies and tools such Agile, CI/CD, Git, Terraform and Jenkins.
• Good understanding of networking protocols and cybersecurity best practices in public cloud environment
• Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with RDBMS, Hadoop, and NoSQL DB.
• Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Scope:

• Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance for automation systems and software
• Monitor and maintain automation systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Create and update technical documentation, including user manuals and support guides
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system improvements and upgrades
• Conduct training sessions for users on automation tools and systems
• Manage and resolve incidents related to automation processes

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering from a recognized local polytechnics
• Relevant site co-ordination experience in LTA/SMRT projects with WSH Safety Co-Ordinator Level B certification.
• Strong interpersonal skill with a positive attitude.
• A team player who is confident to lead, supervise and assist the various Project Manager in all sites related activities.
• A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight project schedule.
• Confident in communicating with LTA/SMRT and various SWC.
