JOB SCOPE

• Assist with the preparation and processing of sales orders, quotes, and contracts.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Handle export shipments for intercompany and direct overseas customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide information about products or services, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Generate and prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documents for the sales team.
• Track sales performance and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
• Process sales-related documentation, including invoicing, returns, and refunds.
• Assist in managing inventory and ensuring product availability for clients.
• Support with lead generation and client follow-ups as required.

REQUIREMENT

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP.
• Experience in Chemical Industry is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Assist teachers in ensuring students’ safety in the labs and during fieldtrips.

Other Duties:

• Assist in school duties when necessary.
• Assist and support in the running of school activities involving pupils.
• Assist in providing frontline counter duties (e.g., answering phone calls, contacting parents of pupils who are unwell and need to be taken home
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Principal/ Vice- Principal/ Key Personnel

The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• At least ‘N’ levels qualification
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in performing roles and functions in providing similar administration support.
• Able to operate technological tools such as Microsoft Word,
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel (or equivalent software applications) for data collation and analysis as well as the creation of printed materials.
• Possesses good communication skills to liaise with teachers, students, and other stakeholders

Our client is a global leading cloud infrastructure provider that leverages innovative technology - Hyperconverged infrastructure, HPC with CDI Architecture, AI/ML, Advanced Cooling - to help worldwide customers meet their needs for sophisticated data center operation.

Duration: 1 year contract
Location: East
Working days; 5 days Monday to Friday
Working hours: Shift A (7am to 3pm), Shift B (3pm to 11pm), Shift C - Only available from 2025 onwards (11pm to 7am)
Salary: $110 per day, $6 (PM Shift), $17 (Night Shift)
Bonus: $1,400 for every 6 months completed; payout twice for 1 year contract

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide support on daily production activities in warehouse environment
• Assembly of components
• Perform cycle count and house keeping
• Inspecting finished products for quality assurance
