SME Centre@ASME is an initiative supported by Enterprise Singapore together with ASME, to provide business advisory and driving capability upgrading to the local SMEs. Our services include first-tier business advisory, diagnostics, and facilitating capability workshops for SMEs.

Roles and Responsibilities

As part of the Business Advisor team, you will assist to diagnose and analyse the issues/challenges faced by SMEs and followed by recommending the appropriate solutions and supporting them in their business growth journey. Your key responsibilities include:

· Helping SMEs identify gaps and explore avenues of growth

· Provide consultancy advisories to SMEs in the areas such as marketing strategy, overseas expansion, financing, productivity, HR, and best practices

· Providing advice on business operations and valuable insights on how SMEs can transform and develop their internal capabilities

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market insights, business support landscape and advise SMEs on the range of options available

· Provide start-up businesses with advice and guidance for them to set up and commence business

To qualify, you must have:

· Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in consulting role; or

· Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting role;

· Experience and/or passion in the understanding of the business landscape and market issues;

· Knowledge of diverse business matters/functions such as business development, marketing, HR, finance, productivity, etc.

· Must be a Singaporean Citizen or PR

Main Responsibilities

• Define and implement in coordination with the build team the needed application monitoring.
• Supervise and monitor daily and monthly chains and handle user request by working closely with project, infrastructure and production teams.

• Receipt of Products: Receive incoming products and verify the accuracy of shipments against customer pre-alert and provided details. • Storage and Handling: Store products in accordance with labelling specifications, ensuring proper temperature control and segregation of materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of products.

• Pick and pack for Outbound processing including Pick and pack products in accordance to customer instructions.

• Secondary Assembly: Perform secondary assembly operations on pharmaceutical products based on customer requirement.

• Inventory Management: Work with the warehouse team and perform regular inventory counts and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy.

• Compliance Monitoring: Monitor warehouse operations and report any non-compliance. Implement corrective and preventive actions as needed to address non-compliance issues and improve warehouse processes.
