• Helpdesk and Remote Support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Formerly known as NAV) for Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing and Warehousing and Sales Hub (Formerly known as CRM)
• Liaise with Technical Consultant on issues with customizations / company addons
• Liaise with Principal (Microsoft) on issues with software
• Introduce/Recommend addons / change requests to customer to help them in their daily work or resolve their issue
