Responsibilities:
● Provide guidance and mentorship to junior member(s)
● Work closely with real estate and transaction teams to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of needs
● Conduct monthly quality assurance checks and maintenance on production data to ensure their fit-for-purpose, thereby maintaining data integrity and accuracy across multiple systems and tools
● Provide data operations support to client(s), including updating of portfolio metrics, descriptive analysis and configuring portfolio scenarios
● Prepare presentation decks to a high standard of quality
● Understand and anticipate client needs, proactively addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
● Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing applications, processes and workflows, increasing efficiency and reducing errors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Facilities Management, etc.). Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in managing smart building initiatives or similar complex real estate projects.
• Strong understanding of smart building technologies, IoT, automation systems, and related concepts.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical issues and drive process improvements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive and self-motivated mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and green building certifications is a plus.
• Flexibility to travel within the Asia Pacific region as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in applying for Employment Pass (EP) and other work passes via MOM portal.
• Handle inquiries and correspondence with MOM regarding work passes and other HR-related matters.
• Coordinate and communicate with candidates regarding the onboarding process, document collection, and compliance requirements.
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining HR records and ensuring data accuracy.
• Liaise with hiring teams and external stakeholders to streamline HR operations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in HR administrative roles, particularly in Singapore's employment and MOM compliance processes.
• Familiarity with the MOM portal and EP application procedures.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized in managing administrative tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in supporting recruitment teams.
• Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and regulations.

Job Description:

• Prepare proposal, and paperwork, such as quotation, sales order / purchase orders, and others
• Provide administrative support on sales related tasks, including system maintenance
• Assist in customer service (work with customers directly when necessary)
• Work with Procurement Team to obtain the best price and terms to close sales

We are looking for an engineer who is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and support of Microsoft 365 (M365) solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, end-user support, and driving the adoption of M365 technologies.

• Manage, configure, and support M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve M365-related issues, providing 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Monitor M365 service health and escalate issues to Microsoft as required.
• Provide end-user support, guidance, and training on M365 tools and features.
• Configure and manage M365 compliance features, such as data loss prevention (DLP), eDiscovery, and information protection.

• Liaise with vendors on new IT purchase and implementation
