GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

This position reports to a Regional IT Manager and provides support of desktop/laptop computer systems of a moderate to complex nature to ensure end-user productivity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering:

• Collaborate and communicate with Franchisees to understand and document business requirements, this may involve discussion with third party vendors if integrations are impacted.
• Work with internal stakeholders such as UX Research team, conversion rate optimization team etc to elicit necessary requirements to improve the e-commerce platform

Analysis and documentation

• Analyze and document current business processes and workflows from current state to future state
• Create detailed user stories in JIRA and in the absence of product manager leads the scrum team/ squad in explaining the requirements to ensure user story can meet the definition of done
