• Prepare and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Work closely with internal teams to support project timelines, deliverables and resolve queries related to performance and rewards
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in data management and reporting
• Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines

Job Requirements:

• Degree Qualified
• Internship experience in Human Resources and comfortable to work with big data
• Experience in data analysis using MS Excel and VBA
• Experience in Powerpoint
• Meticulous and excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-tasks and meet deadlines.
• A pro-active and team player, with a willingness to learn
• Team player and ability to work in matrix organisation
