• Responding to inquiries and requests from both internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient office management processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an office management or administrative support role
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail
• Experience in a professional services or corporate environment would be an advantage
