Qualifications and requirements:

Job Description & Requirements

Sales activities

• Engagement with customers ranging from small medium sized to larger customers, outfield visit is sometimes required
• Focal point to all customer enquiry on both commercial and operational matters.

• Ensure all the freight was manifested correctly.
• Follow up on FOB rate details with oversea agents/ regional office whenever FOB shipment is received.
• Take lead in troubleshooting all rating matters, working with different stakeholders in resolving the issues
• Ensure auto-rating can take place successfully

CRM/Reporting

• Generate sales report from CRM. Monitor and flag any abnormality in the trend
• Analyze customer performance from CRM to study the trend. Liaise with respective AO and discuss potential resolutions to the issues
• Act as focal point to receive the sales lead in CRM. Assign the sales lead to individual AO.
