As a part of the Wealth Management team in Emirates NBD Bank, the Wealth Management Business Support Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient, compliant, and effective functioning of daily business operation within the Singapore Wealth Management business. The role will work closely with various team across the front office, business management, control parties, operation, and head office, ensuring our platform, products and processes adhere to the highest standards. The aim is to drive operational excellence and support the seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

Job Description

The Business Support Associate will be responsible for ensuring that the Singapore Wealth Management team’s operations align with the investment framework, conduct key control assessments, manage business rules, and support the ongoing development of the wealth management platform and product offerings. Key activities include:

• Conducting key control adequacy assessments to identify risk and recommending improvement for governance and operational integrity
• Performing quality checks on trade orders and CRM evaluations to maintain compliance and operational standards
• Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of the investment/ wealth management framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements

The Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health (SSHSPH) at the National University of Singapore (NUS) is recruiting a Research Assistant/Associate Policy Analyst. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to query large data sets and have excellent knowledge of quantitative methods in applied health and/or social sciences. Fluency in English, as well as demonstrably good writing and analytic skills are essential. Fluency in English is required as the candidate will deal with English-speaking stakeholders, such as conducting the research and meetings. The role will suit someone who enjoys problem-solving.

The position is for one year but can potentially be extended. The grade of appointment will be accorded based on candidate’s academic qualifications and years of relevant experience.
