The Band 1 – Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system. The candidate will also need to facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Center. • Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence for new and existing clients across APAC region, either as a Maker or Checker, including periodic reviews.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist SBL Lenders in underwriting all facilities secured by clients’ investment portfolios, including new requests, annual reviews, and monitoring of ongoing credit risk events such as margin calls, document credit exceptions, and unauthorized excesses in accordance with the Credit and Risk policies of the Private Bank.
