• Preparation of Quotation for both spare parts and service attendance to customer
• Preparation and issue service kits and spare parts to service engineers
• Maintain good rapport with customers
• Attend to technical enquiries from customers
• Pick & pack of spares when necessary
• Prepare shipping documentation and arrange delivery with courier companies

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring system availability, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Regularly monitor system health, perform performance testing, and manage backups and restores as required.
• Conduct annual hardware refresh for endpoint devices (Windows, Android, iOS) and network equipment.
• Provide onboarding/offboarding for employees, troubleshoot issues onsite and offsite (including vessel support), and document system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Serve as the IT procurement officer, managing vendor relationships, purchasing, and overseeing billing and subscriptions for SaaS and Microsoft 365.
• Maintain IT hardware/software inventory and perform daily, monthly, and annual IT operation checklists.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance user experience and travel internationally if necessary to support vessels when vendor resolution fails.
