Commercial Rating and Underwriting (CRU) sits within the Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) division and forms the institutional credit risk management function within American Express. • Perform and coordinate schedule changes with other departments to ensure that all passengers are notified in time and that all relevant stakeholders are informed about the schedule change
• Ensure that schedules are correctly loaded into various downstream platforms
• Handle passengers' re-accommodation based on established SOP and troubleshoot issues as and when they arise
• Resolve system related issues, including providing business case for required enhancements
• Regularly update and distribute operational and marketing schedules to internal and external stakeholders
• Keep updated and share with team on system functions and process changes that can help with scheduling work

Requirements

• Prior work experience in an airline network planning /scheduling related work will be an asset
• Experience using Navitaire or other schedule management systems preferred but not mandatory
• PC literate with strong skills in MS Excel
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills
• Able to solve problems and work independently within a fast paced, target driven environment
• A mature team player who is able to work well with other departments and stakeholders
• Pro-active attitude
