It will also provide support for other customer technical issues related to equipment, programs, installations, and upgrades.

• Perform data validation, identify the root cause and resolves issues to improve the order fulfilment rate and overall impact on customer service level

2.    To build and enhance dashboards to support Process Automation

• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards with existing databases (SQL database, etc.) on different Order To Cash (O2C) topics.
• Maintain and improve current Power BI dashboards, including enhancing SQL scripts in databases and DAX measures in Power BI.
• Provide technical support to resolve data-related issues and troubleshoot problems in dashboards, and reports.
• Develop Python scripts to streamline and automate manual data transformation processes. 
• Identify repetitive data preparation tasks and create reusable Python scripts to perform data cleansing, formatting, and aggregation.

We are looking for a systems specialist from a technology/HRIS background who will be responsible for the day to day operational support for Workday from a functional perspective, which includes responding to tickets raised from across the People team as well as working on projects and automations. Your mission:

• Partner with stakeholders to identify development areas and provide technical solutions utilising People systems and technology (primarily Workday)

Function Description

This position serves both Business Development and Service & Support. The position requires detailed knowledge of flight simulation equipment, maintenance, and operation, as well as Collins image generators and display systems. Experience within the Asia-Pacific region training centers, and training device manufacturers is also required.
