Key Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Job Purpose

The role will support the Regional Compliance, Data Privacy functions with the handling of day-to-day compliance,
This will include Data privacy issues for the Regional Office in Singapore and Allianz operating entities (OEs) in the Region.

Purpose of Role

Working as a key member of the Actis Real Estate team and based in Singapore, this person will support the team on Actis South East Asia investments. The candidate will be working on screening of new investment ideas / strategies, and preliminary / final investment reviews of prospective investment opportunities for the fund. • Financial modelling to evaluate new investment opportunities
