The Centre Management System Support, Executive/Senior Executive is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, procurement & maintenance of all exhibits, audio-visual equipment, facilities and essential services for daily operations for centres/museums under Defence Collective Singapore (DCS).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance Planning: Planning and implementation of building maintenance programs for architectural, electrical, and mechanical, exhibits and attractions AV lighting systems. • Procurement: Manage budgetary control of expenditures including preparation of annual budgets and forecast. Conduct tender exercises for OPEX/CAPEX works such as replacement, upgrading or redevelopment works and manage such works according to timeline including putting up of documents and procurement for OPEX/CAPEX requests.
