Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Responsibilities (Manual Testing):

· Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), writing test cases, reporting defects and updating results.

· Able to understand business requirements/functional requirements and translate them into test cases.

· Able to execute test scripts, raise defects in tracking system (e.g. Jira) and follow through on defect resolution.

· Able to collaborate with business and technology team to ensure effective end to end testing.

· Experience in performing UAT testing or Business Analyst is preferred.

· Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

· Knowledge or have experience on Test Cases Automation will be an added advantage

· Certified Tosca Test Design Specialist or Automation Specialist will be an added advantage

· Experience in writing testing SOP or setup/manual guide.

- SOP Writing (Work with Business users to come out with a deck for end users to follow a step by step activity to be done for some of the functions that are implemented)

- Set Up Production User Manual Guide (Production users are able to use the guide based on testing in UAT environment and help them in doing the same in production environment)

Knowledge in at least on one of the following would be advantageous:

- Electronic Banking (e.g. internet banking)

- Channels Banking (e.g. File transfer service, SWIFTnet)

Job Objectives

The specialized First Recovery Support IT Production Support Engineer is responsible to support application wellness in production systems, Managing monitoring of system exception emails, help desk incident assignments and distribution within teams. Closely follow-up and monitor issue from investigation, pass relevant details to L2/L3 team. Make sure system availability as per SLA across countries for multiple applications / interfaces. Perform scheduled health check tasks across applications and raise alerts in case required.

• Help maintain the operational readiness of the vehicles in the fleet (e.g., send cars/motorcycles for servicing, inspection, IU checkups, wash, replace blown bulbs, etc)
