· Develop and maintain programs including systems, policies, and resources to support cross-issue commercial priorities.
· Identify, investigate, monitor, assess and clearly communicate emerging risks in commercial products.
· Develop and identify opportunities to improve processes, protocols and policies to mitigate risk, that are scalable and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
· Serve as primary point of contact to provide ad-hoc and regular risk investigations support on commercial products to different stakeholders in Product, Sales, Risk Control, Government Affairs, Policy, Legal and Communication teams to understand and mitigate risks.
· Work in collaboration with the rest of the team to build a strong understanding of risks and policies of Commercial Products on the platform. 6. Maintain knowledge of global and regional industry trends in the advertising space and new risks to ensure organizational risks are mitigated.
Desired Skills and Experience
· Minimum 6 years of risk investigations and operational experience using Safety culture.
· Experience in and/or demonstrable knowledge of domains such as risk, payments, ecommerce, product risk, and/or online advertising.
· Experience conducting complex analyses and translating the results into recommendations.
· Excellent analytical reasoning, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with SQL or Python.
· Previous experience working with international partners across multiple markets and timezones.
· Experience developing and executing risk governance strategy.
