On-Site Bakery Support: Visit client bakeries regularly to provide hands-on assistance in daily operations, ensuring that baking tasks are completed according to the bakery's quality standards. Assist in preparing baked goods like cakes, bread, pastries, and other items.

Training & Mentorship: Support the training and development of new bakers. Provide guidance on baking techniques, equipment use, recipe adherence, and kitchen safety. Monitor new staff’s progress and offer constructive feedback.

Client Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact between our team and client bakeries. Offer personalized support to clients to help optimize their bakery operations and improve product quality.

Quality Control & Consistency: Ensure that baked goods meet established quality standards. Monitor consistency in production and address any issues or inconsistencies immediately. Help clients troubleshoot any operational challenges that arise in the kitchen.

Recipe & Procedure Adherence: Ensure that bakery recipes and procedures are followed correctly. Provide guidance on adjustments or improvements where necessary to meet clients' needs or preferences.

Inventory & Equipment Management: Assist with monitoring inventory levels, order supplies, and help with equipment maintenance when needed. Ensure clients have the tools and ingredients required for efficient operations.

Operational Support: Help streamline bakery operations, offering advice on workflow, timing, and production schedules to improve efficiency.

Customer Support: Assist clients in understanding and troubleshooting customer issues related to bakery products. Offer recommendations and solutions to improve client satisfaction.

Health & Safety Standards: Ensure that proper health and safety standards are adhered to on-site, including cleanliness, food safety, and safe handling of baking equipment.

Job Description:

• Provide support for IT troubleshooting end-to-end including service levels monitoring of both internal and outsourced IT service partners.
• Manage processes and data to meet the quality service and customer satisfaction standards.
• Collate, analyse and maintain data records for service standards tracking, dashboard reporting, audit and governance.
• Manage IT assets including storage and accounting of the laptops, coordination with partners for stocktake, maintenance, and top-up of centralised asset pool.
• Manage IT hardware tokens such as IT cards including collection, destruction, and distribution of cards to users.
• Manage IT accounts including coordinating with service partners for account creation, updates, enabling/disabling, deletion in accordance to prevailing IT and security policies.
• Manage IT provisioning and IT induction on new hires first day of work to issue them IT devices and orientate them on usage of the accounts and devices based on IT policies.
• Support rollout of IT projects / initiatives e.g. coordination with stakeholders and employees, data progress tracking. Facilitate authorisation of IT configuration changes, account access rights based on prevailing IT security policies.
• Educate and guide users on the policies, processes and their responsibilities in management of IT devices and accounts.

Skills & experience needed:

• Diploma in IT / Computing/ Engineering or ITE Certificate with relevant IT experience
• Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel) and ITIL foundation trained will be advantageous

• Location: Central & West (Has to be comfortable working at 3 different locations)

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Application Support Engineer for one of our established clients. Reporting to the Senior Manager (PMO), he/she will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and fixing application errors that arise across the business. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in system support, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and application development, along with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

· Provide all levels of application support, handling change requests and project coordination.
