• Assist the Sales & Business Development Department, focusing on the Building Services business unit to boost sales and enhance company profitability.
• Preparing documents such as quotes, meeting notes, project inventories, and sales reports.
• Identifying sales leads through platforms like LinkedIn, BCI, etc.
• Conduct market research to pinpoint opportunities and trends.
• Coordinating and negotiating to secure the best prices from suppliers for product procurement.
• Ensure timely customer payments and support core business processes as needed.
• Effectively communicate all information gathered or created to your direct supervisor and management.
• Other tasks assigned by the Superior and Management.

Responsibilities

1. Investigates into Bankers’/Customer’s/Business Units’ Remittance requests, inquiries and feedback and revert to them with findings within the agreed Service Level Agreements.

2. Performs daily reconciliation on outstanding investigation cases handled to ensure that all cases are attended to and followed up until complete closure.

3. Documents all investigation cases handled daily for records,management reporting and performance measurement purposes.

4. Handles back valuation requests (including waivers) from bankers, reconciliation of nostro accounts etc

5. To perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time and/or participate in UAT/Projects as and when required.

6. To participate in team huddle sessions (on rotation basis) sharing on operational process lapses/gaps, the related root causes and implementation plans; raise any other changes/issues which may impact daily operations etc with objective to drive quality and cohesiveness.

7. To be involved in regular process reviews to manage risk & control and ensure team’s strict compliance to laid down controls and proceduress

Direct Responsibilities

Transversal BA / PM for the Program with focus on gathering requirements and preparing high level functional specifications Prepare, maintain and manage project plan, delivery coordination and governance

Coordinating with other IT teams, front office, operations and finance stakeholders to ensure onboarding, capacity planning and securing the deliveries

Test management for the front to finance chain

Stakeholder management, running program governances, regular operational and working committees

Technical

Ability to understand transversal architecture in a Capital Markets context

Basic technical analysis skills on systems interfacing, identify gaps and propose resolutions Knowledge on Trade life cycle

Ability to work with stakeholders across geographies

Previous experience in working in Matrix organizations

Understanding of Equity Derivative Products and Lifecycle events

Specific Qualifications (if required)

• Strong functional PM with Global Markets experience – Exposure to Equity Derivatives Trade Processing Systems implementation would be a key

criteria

• Transversal front to back project implementation experience – Exposure of referential, trade booking, settlement, Reporting, Regulatory reporting,

accounting, group reporting chains

• Minimum 9+ Years of Business Analyst / Project Management Experience.
• PM experience with CXO level stakeholders as sponsors.

What will you do?

• Understand the business processes and work with users to design and develop an end-to-end solution.
• Provide advice and assistance to business users in the effective use of application system and information technology.
• Manage the development of the application system and ensure the project is implemented within budget and according to schedule.
• Design solutions that are of quality and functional to ensure a good user experience.
• Monitors the performance of the application and work with relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot any issues surfaced in the production environment.
• Work closely with various technical, solution and information architects to ensure the application developed is robust and align with the Enterprise Architecture.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in Project Management and is able to manage user expectation and deliver within project timeline
• Experience/knowledge in Scrum /DevOps concepts
• Experience/knowledge in the various technologies supporting CI/CD such as GitLab, Confluence, JIRA, SonarQube

• Good understanding of SDLC.
