Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
• Able to do cost estimation independently and accurately
• Taking off quantity for tender
• Final account preparation
• Monthly progress claim
• Certification of sub-contract works
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, surveyors and sub-contractors
• All other related works

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized University
• Min 2 - 4 years’ relevant experience
• Good working knowledge in Residential projects, Building & M & E
• Good knowledge of local rules and regulations
• Able to handle take-off, tender etc
• Only Singaporeans and PR

- Experience with Land Survey field

- Drafting of pre-computation plan

- Experience with piling, gridline etc

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision

- Responsible for the project team drafting activities

- Monitor projects through completion, providing correction, modification or assistance to other

• Basic Autocad Computation and preparation of Topographic map, Boundary surveys, all co-ordinates and level

• Duties will primarily be office-related but may require occasional field work associated with all facets of surveying including topographic mapping, control surveying, and construction layout.

• Downloads and processes field data in AutoCAD

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
