As a Street Interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting on-site interviews with pedestrians and passersby on various topics e.g parenting, gathering valuable insights and data for our research projects.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and engage with individuals on the street to conduct interviews.

• Clearly explain the purpose of the interview and ensure participant understanding.

• Follow provided interview scripts and guidelines to gather accurate information.

• Record responses accurately and neatly.

• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

• Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols.

• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.

• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving interview techniques and materials.

Contract: 5 months or 1 year renewable

• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data
• Handle incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries to resolve respondents’ issues
• Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Provide status report to the supervisor

Requirements:
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preferred
• Excellent customer service skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Research Interviewer is responsible for collecting data by conducting structured surveys over the telephone and entering the responses into computer systems. No marketing or selling is involved. The part-time research interviewers will be required to work on a four-hours shift Between 12.30pm to 4.30pm or 5.30pm to 9.30pm Monday to Friday.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels
• Prior call center or telephone interviewing experience preferred
• Proficiency with computers and software
• Comfortable in managing repetitive task
