- Manage and maintain internal systems and developed servers for banking customers.
- Prepare and update operational documentation.
- Perform routine operational tasks, including generating access log reports and conducting patching activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage contracts, such as software license renewals and hardware maintenance agreements.
- Respond to and resolve user inquiries effectively.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple servers, with a primary focus on Windows-based environments. (Required)
- Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL concepts, backed by a minimum of three years of experience in operations and maintenance. (Required)
- Proficient technical skills corresponding to IT Support Level - Tier 3. (*)
