• Minimum 5 years' experience in Unix system (Preferably RHEL and IBM AIX)
• Certified in RHEL or any Unix OS E.g. Solaris.
• Experience in Symantec DCS anti-virus, Trellix anti-virus, Powertech Anti-virus & IBM Spectrum protect will be added advantage.
• ITIL certified will be an added advantage as well.

Job Scopes:

• System configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution.
• Conduct end user trainings to end users on how to use the Solution(s) implemented.
• Work closely with in house AV Designers and Engineers from different manufactures like Extron, Crestron, Yealink, Logitech, etc to implement full integrated solutions for venues like meeting room, lecture room, experience centre, command centre, auditorium, ballroom, etc.
• Study the schematic drawings to understand the technical & functional requirements to implement each solution.
• Assist in post deployment support.

Job Requirements:

• ITE/ Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual is preferred.
• Must have minimum 1 year of experience in System configuration, Testing & Commissioning for Audio Visual solution.
• Experience in some of the products like Videowall, LED & LCD Display, Digital Sound Processor (DSP), Amplifier, Speaker, videoconferencing, Audio Visual Switches.

Job Objectives

• RSA user administration, token assignment, QR code generation and access grant based on approved access matrices and established procedures.

• Provide assessment and release of privileged password request through Password Management Solution

• Ensure manual password change for Dual Control Privileged IDs are performed

• Perform onboarding and off-boarding of Firewall/Network devices Privileged IDs

Key Responsibilities

• Handle user requests, communications and respond to queries appropriately within SLA.

• Conduct periodic review of user/token access to ensure access granted to users are according to approved functions/roles and access matrices.

• Generate user/token reports periodically, review access and proactively identify users eligible for access renewal/revocation.

• Monitor system warning/error messages on license usage and support for user/token authentication issues to ensure satisfactory resolution or prompt escalations to management for attention.

• Participate in project implementations and conduct testing to ensure that the system access meets the security policy and established guiding principles.

Key Requirements

• Graduate or higher diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science.

• Knowledge in RSA User and Token Administration.
