ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Budget Management: Track and manage budgets/targets for capital-raising activities, ensuring alignment with organizational financial objectives.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Develop reporting materials for key stakeholders, such as the Executive Committee and Group Board, on topics including capital-raising progress, budgets, strategic plans, and fund performance. Utilize data visualization tools to present insights effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field;
• At least 2-3 years (Analyst level), 3-5 years (Senior Analyst level) or 5-7 years (Associate level) experience in a real estate investment manager, investment bank or private equity fund manager.
• Prior experience in the real estate investment management industry is preferred.
