Have knowledge and experience in Salesforce and Mulesoft support, application support, and service maintenance.

• Ticket Troubleshooting
• Service Request Management (Misc, Data Cleanup, Case Ownership updates, Case Assignment Rules Changes)
• Content creation, content updates, and knowledge management (Salesforce Knowledge Base and Approval Process)

• User provisioning, standard report/dashboard generation, and simple data fixes.

• Mulesoft support requirements (Troubleshooting based on Mulesoft alerts notifications, search logs, monitoring, gathering more info around the issue)

  Ability to troubleshoot using Anypoint Monitoring.
  Ability to invoke APIs using tools like Postman/Swagger.
  Understanding of API spec standards such as RAML/OAS.
  Ability to run and debug Mule applications for RC analysis.
  Understanding of Object Stores and Queues.

Position Purpose

The role is to provide augment to the Payments & Cash Management team to deliver solutions as part of the banks Ambition 2025 plans.
