You will be interacting with customers, responding to their needs. Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms. You will follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary. You will help build, maintain and troubleshoot the client's infrastructure. You will be working alongside other engineers to ensure highest levels of client service delivery.

Your duties & responsibilities should include, but are not limited to:

• Provide Level 2 / 3 IT support to End-Users & Infrastructure Devices (onsite / remotely)
• Deploy, Manage and Maintain servers and networks (L3)
• Troubleshooting Network and Server devices (Active Directory, GPOs, OUs experiences)
• Producing Reports to clients during Onboarding / Maintenance
• Ensuring Clients’ System Documentation is accurate and up to date
• Provide front-line IT support to employees via walk-ups, tickets, and MS Teams
• Maintain accurate ticketing processes and asset management tracking records
• Provide emergency requests / VVIP support / Project deployment outside of business hours
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair IT hardware and software
• Handle hardware and software sourcing / purchasing / liasing
• Write and update technical documentation for end users and the IT team
• Assist in Projects / Audits / Onboarding based task given by the IT team
• Liaising with 3rd party vendors

• Carry out Level 2 systems administration tasks, including system monitoring, management, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in system support and server administration, including implementing and managing cloud infrastructure, with a strong understanding of Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud technologies.
• Practical experience in implementing and configuring Azure and AWS services such as virtual machines, application services, load balancers, SQL Managed Instances, site-to-site VPNs, storage solutions, networking, security, logging, and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience in managing on-premises environments, including Windows Server, VMware vSphere, and Hyper-V.
• Proficient in administering Microsoft 365 cloud technologies such as Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Intune.
• Familiarity with AIX/Unix systems and other IBM products (e.g., IBM WebSphere MQ, WebSphere, Tivoli Storage Manager Backup) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in Azure, Microsoft 365, or AWS technologies (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Endpoint Administrator Associate, or AWS SysOps Administrator) are advantageous.
• Skilled in project and people management, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Scope:

Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support servers running on Windows and Linux operating systems.

Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as patching software, updating firmware, and conducting hardware evaluations/upgrades.
