• Experience/knowledge in the various technologies supporting CI/CD such as GitLab, Confluence, JIRA, SonarQube
• Experience/Knowledge in Cloud, microservices architecture and container technologies such Docker, Kubernetes
• To have a keen interesting in IT / programming / system designs
• Good understanding of SDLC.
• Secure coding to prevent application vulnerabilities (for eg. Cross-site scripting; Injection vulnerability flows such as SQL injection, command injection; Race conditions; Improper error / exception handling etc)
• Application integration with government services such as CorPass, SingPass.
• A Pass in ICT Assessment Certification for Solution Architect or Software Developer by NUS-ISS is required

Job Purpose:

To help company manage the various key systems and develop integration strategy according to the company’s strategic IT direction.

Job Description:

1. Support Finance department to resolve and analyze issues with Dynamic 365 Finance.

2. Support Commercial team to resolve and analyze issues with billing system.

3. Support Operation team to resolve and analyze issues with ship operation system.

4. Manage and enhance existing 3rd party systems integration with Dynamic 365 Finance.

5. Help identify business requirements and develop solutions to address those requirements.

6. Help design, setup and maintain company centralized data vault, which is a key initiative to take ownership of company data.

7. Work with stakeholders to identify and develop integration mechanisms of 3rd party system with centralized data vault.

8. Provide recommendations to keep pace with technological advancement in Database technology.

9. Be the project leader for new system deployments.

10. Assist with daily IT support of ISD department.

Skills requirement:

1. Strong programming skills in SQL/MySQL, XML, XSLT, HTML/CSS, Java, JavaScript, JSON, php, and Python.

2. Has experience working in accounting system with basic accounting concept

Job Objectives

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform impact analysis on Project scope and document proposed solution and estimated required effort

- Responsible to analyse and define detailed functional specifications based on the functional and non-functional requirements document

- Collaborate with Functional Business Analyst to clarify functional and non-functional requirements

- Define and ensure traceability from functional specifications to business requirements

- Ownership of the creation of functional design specifications and technical design document

- Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to clarify functional specification and technical design during build, test and deployment phase

- Review and contribute to test planning and design for SIT and UAT

- Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)

- Provide input to impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request

- Manage and work with vendor and internal teams to successfully deliver committed scope for AML systems

- Manage and work with stakeholders during all phases of system changes delivery

- Coordinate and plan with Infra and change management teams for application deployment activities in DevOps environment.

- Conduct technical delivery/process knowledge and best practices sharing/training sessions with internal teams to help improve overall delivery competency level.

Key Requirements:

- AML/Compliance Tech system enhancements delivery experience in the banking industry

- Hands on experience in design and configurations/development work for the NetReveal AML application

- Experience in leading, with good results, design gathering and design workshops with users as part of project delivery or defects fix it work

- Strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Unix skills

- Good application design operational impact awareness

Technical Skills:

· SQL / PL-SQL, Java, Unix shell scripts

· Netreveal / Actimize / Fircosoft AML application,

· DevOps change process familiarity (Bitbuket, Jenkins), Control-M, Aldon
