Purpose of the Job:

The scope of services for the Onshore IT System/Business Analyst shall include the following:

• Drive business process transformation and ensuring that the system has the capabilities to support various business functions by working closely with our business partners (vendors) and various divisions in to understand the needs of our stakeholders;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand and document business needs and objectives related to public services, particularly on the vehicle registration and licensing system;
• Review business rules and service journeys, gathering requirement specifications, engaging stakeholders, creating user journey maps and wireframes, and providing support on updates to management;
• Develop user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and create detailed process maps to visualise, understand and streamline current workflows and business processes;
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews & retrospective sprints, and assisting in project management matters; and
• Conduct and facilitate User Acceptance Test (UAT) and trainings for users, and providing support services throughout the project. This includes preparation of test cases and documenting the expected and actual results for each test scenario in a clear and concise manner.

The Onshore IT System/Business Analyst shall meet the following qualifications and skill sets:

• . a) At least 3 years of work experience as business analyst or equivalent position. Handled large scale front-facing projects, with experience in stakeholder engagement and comms management;
• . b) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management of Information Systems, Information/ Infocom Technology, or related discipline;
• . Proven and hands-on experience with IT project implementation, specifically on user requirements gathering, IT business analysis, application solutioning, UI/UX design and using testing software;
• . Experience in AGILE methodologies and Cloud platform projects, preferably in using Jira, Figma, MS Visio, and Tricentis Tosca;
• . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• . Have a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills, able to work and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met;
• . Possess strong communication skills with an excellent command of the English language;
• . Must be organised and able to work with minimal supervision to ensure tasks are well completed and project is on schedule; and
• . Experience in end user service journey design projects, and implementing government projects would be an added advantage

Role Summary

Digital Transformation is at the heart of our client’s group strategy. The Single Platform Augmented Consumer Experience (SPACE) program is a cornerstone CRM program conceived to put consumer at the heart of this transformation which help us achieve consumer centricity, digital strategy and seamless experiential brands. SPACE Program is made up of Consumer Data Services/storage (CDS), Loyalty, Marketing Activation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Consumer Data Platform (CDP), and Analytics. This project has a focus on Japan market and/or Korea market.

Main Responsibilities

Work with both internal and external stakeholders to drive rollout and integration of SPACE products for 1 market, across multiple brands.

• Internal Stakeholders consist of overall SPACE Program Manager, Technical Architects, Product Owners, Integration Managers, Business Analysts, Business stakeholders etc. both at local and Zone/Regional level.
• External stakeholders consist of technical vendors who build or maintain the products within SPACE or to be integrated with SPACE.

Project and timeline management – own overall delivery timeline for different phases in the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with different teams and workstreams to ensure seamless integration in the group system landscape.
• Drive external vendors to explore and deliver solutions with alignment to requirements, ensuring quality and timeliness, whilst keeping to agreed scope.
• Organize and manage periodic steerco meetings.
• Transition Dev project to Hypercare and Operational project upon go live.
• During hyper-care: organize and drive issue fixes with various stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in digital transformation projects, having held roles as BA.
• Has experience with projects involving system implementation, multiple systems' integration, and complex data migration.
• Experience managing and driving discussions with both Business & IT stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to understand requirements/ issues and bring relevant stakeholders into discussions to drive solution.

Good to Have:

• ITIL certification.
• ServiceNow experience.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing methods, processes, and systems to consolidate, cleanse, and analyze diverse and unstructured data sources. The role will focus on leveraging advanced data analytics, machine learning, and statistical techniques to derive actionable insights and support decision-making at the management level.

Responsibilities:-

• Design, develop and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidated and analyse unstructured, diverse data sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for Management
• Develop and code software program, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources.
• Assist to automate repetitive data tasks, to streamline the process, and minimize manual intervention.
• Assist to create data visualization for the business.

Requirements:-

• Minimum Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Data Analyst
• Minimum 1-2 year of working experience in similar industry would be a plus.

Desired experience : Minimum 7 years of experience with a focus on implementing recording and surveillance over voice and chat channels, and setting up required controls.

Stakeholder management

At regional level:

· Acts as primary interface with business lines (Business COOs, Conduct & Control Officers, Front-Office Conduct & Surveillance) as well as Compliance to:

· Collect, analyze and document business scenarios for the use of voice and chat channels

· Understand business interactions with clients and other external counterparties, and their expectations when communicating with Client.

· Identify risk and conduct scenarios and contribute to create the framework to address them, including user awareness and consequence management

· Establish and enforce a clear RACI with all stakeholders on the execution of their processes and controls

· Drive IT teams (Voice, Chat, Archiving, Digital Working, IT Support, Access Management) to guarantee their delivery of:

· Robust technical solutions meeting business and client demands, whether internally developed or relying on vendors

· Technical controls around proper archiving, security and surveillance of channels

At global level:

· Prioritize and plan with global teams the solutions expected by APAC within the global Voice & E-comm Record Keeping (VERK) and Surveillance frameworks

· Obtain validation of APAC plans by global stakeholders through the established governance

Technical Skills

· Understanding of core banking businesses (Global Markets, Corporate Finance, Transaction Banking, Wealth Management) and interactions between front-officers (Sales, Relationship Managers, etc.) and their clients and other counterparties

· Familiar with the technical set-up, usage, recording and surveillance of voice and chat communication channels which are most popular in APAC and globally. Knowledge of end-to-end technical flows into archiving and surveillance back-end systems

· Very comfortable with the use of Office tools to draft process and SOP documents, analyse data and track metrics, and present clear and concise updates and executive messages to senior management

· Fluency in Mandarin is a plus as need to communicate with China Region/Counterpart.

Responsibilities

• Review system and application design specifications of document management system developed in OpenText, SharePoint, Newgen etc
• Gather and analyse requirements, map business process, prepare business requirement specifications, flow charts, logical diagrams and process improvements

ERP System Analyst (Finance Module)

Our client is a leading and well known shipping brand who has their global headquarters based in Singapore. To further expedite and conclude the finance ERP implementation process they are looking for an experienced systems analyst.

This role will closely work with the project manager and report directly into the Group financial controller based in Singapore.

We are looking for a skilled System Analyst with a strong background in Excel, databases, and software application management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the finance application implementation phase and post-implementation phase, supporting the creation of master data, user roles, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Lead ERP implementation activities, including data migration, system configuration, and integration with existing systems
• Create and maintain master data architecture, ensuring data accuracy and standardization across platforms
• Design and implement user roles, permissions, and security protocols
• Manage UAT process, document test cases, and coordinate with stakeholders to validate system functionality
