JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY

1. Provide quality technical reports and solutions to customers and team
   • Develop, maintain and improve on existing client reports and structure
   • Support technicians to develop and/or create simple service report
   • Ensure standardization and accessibility of reports to all staff
   • Extend business from potential and existing customers to acquire sales leads and/or sales for report services
2. Troubleshoot technical problems
   • To assist all employees with one-on-one questions on any technical related topics on an ad-hoc basis
3. Develop and conduct quality assurance checks

• Devise a plan, investigate and monitor situations whereby our technicians did not manage to solve customers’ problems
• Develop and conduct service audit checklists to ensure that technicians perform a consistently high service quality

1. Ensure Workplace Safety and Make Ready to Work Preparations
   • Enforce compliance to applicable workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations and usage of personal protective equipment (PPE)
   • Create risk assessments associated with pest management work on site to establish safety procedures and protocol
   • Create maintenance checklist for safety and functionality checks on tools and equipment
2. Plan & Review pest management operations
   • Develop Standard Operating Procedure for technicians
   • Establish action plans to enhance the effectiveness of pest management operations
   • Procure and allocate mechanized and automated equipment for pest management work
   • Attend new product launches for operations and service enhancements
   • Interpret plans, specifications and government regulations for various chemical agents
   • Regulate the use of pesticides. Monitor the usage level and put up a purchase requisition for pesticides when supplies are low. Ensure pesticide rotation
3. Plan and provide technical training
   • Structured learning: Develop, schedule & conduct one to two in-house technical or non-technical teach-in sessions
   • Imparting knowledge from external training: Conduct training for every external training that you have attended
   • Inviting people of expertise to conduct free or paid training to the entire company
   • External training: Develop and conduct external training as a value added service to our customers. Acquire sales leads and/or sales for these type of external training whenever possible
   • Develop a training plan for new employees
   • Develop training records to ensure that they received proper training and are qualified to treat each specific pest /problem

Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities

• Understand Business Needs:
  Partner with business teams to gather citizen/business requirements using human-centric, visual methods such as service journeys. Develop and present the appropriate business case.
• Requirement Analysis:
  Work with GovTech and project teams to create user stories, functional/technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Technology Evaluation:
  Recommend suitable technologies aligned with GovTech’s technology directions (e.g., cloud-based solutions, enterprise architecture, SG Tech Stack) and modernization of legacy systems.
• Development Methodology:
  Identify and implement the appropriate development methodology (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) in an Outsourced, Co-Sourced, or In-house environment.
• Testing & Deployment:
  Plan, review, and conduct testing and data conversion to ensure specifications are met. Drive system or product readiness for smooth deployment, adoption, and operations.

Experience and Skills Needed

• Educational Background:
  Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Work Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience for the Consultant role.
  Minimum 5 years of experience for the Senior Consultant role.
  Experience in at least one full software/product development cycle, preferably using Agile Methodology.
  
• Core Competencies:Proven expertise in IT business analysis, application solutioning and design, and testing.
  Strong understanding of customer/user experience, design thinking, user story mapping, and digital product lifecycle management.

Website User Behaviour Documentation:

• Analyse and document the current user journey on the website, identifying key touchpoints, user interactions, and behaviours.

• Map out website features and functionalities, including forms, navigation flows, and user inputs.

• Collaborate with UX/UI and development teams to gather additional insights and ensure documentation accurately reflects the user experience.

• Identify areas for process improvements based on observed user behaviour and document recommendations for optimization.

API Behaviour Documentation:

• Document existing API functionality, including endpoints, request/response structures, authentication, and error handling.

• Work with technical teams to analyse API behaviour, identify dependencies, and ensure comprehensive documentation.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation outlining how APIs interact with the website and other systems.

• Work with developers to identify gaps or issues in API functionality and document solutions or improvements.

Vendor Requirement Clarification:

• Set up and manage calls with external vendors to clarify requirements for integration, functionality, and data exchange related to the website and APIs.

• Develop a clear agenda for vendor calls and ensure that all relevant questions are addressed during meetings.

• Document and communicate vendor responses and requirements clearly to internal stakeholders, ensuring proper alignment.

• Follow up with vendors to resolve any ambiguities or discrepancies and ensure that all technical requirements are captured accurately.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with internal teams, including product owners, developers, QA, and UX/UI designers, to gather insights and ensure alignment on website and API requirements.

• Provide clear, detailed documentation that is easy to understand by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Act as the point of contact between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring smooth communication and effective problem-solving.

• Ensure that all documentation is regularly updated to reflect changes in user behaviour, website features, and API functionality.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on web and API documentation.
• Strong experience working with external vendors to clarify requirements and document technical specifications.
• Proven track record of creating clear, concise, and detailed documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with documenting API integrations, web behaviours, and user flows.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, RESTful services, etc.).
• Proficiency with business analysis and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar platforms). Experience with API testing tools like Postman or Swagger, and knowledge of common API protocols (REST, SOAP).

Responsibilities:

• Offer support in managing, maintaining, and testing IT application systems, ensuring their efficient operation and functionality;
