The PMO Analyst / Project Analyst is an Associate level job function. The main intent of such a function is to support the Project and Program Managers in deliver on their commitments. On day-to-day bases, the Project or Program Manager shall provide instructions about the deliverable expected of them. Being timely and accurate is a critical success factor for this job function. Roles and Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the candidate are:

Support Program Lead in providing oversight of the purpose, status, project financials, risks and issues across projects and coordinate decision-making at Program level to ensure that Program goals are properly monitored.
Perform Project Document control and management, follow-up sign off for all deliverables, Cost control and finance reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervision and Monitoring

• Monitor systems and analyse various indicators, alarms, and customer usage patterns.

• Prepare regular technical reports for customers.

Level 1 Support

• Identify, characterize, and summarize incidents.
• Escalate incidents to Level 2 Support or Project Teams when necessary.
• Follow up on the resolution of escalated incidents.
• Implement corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Internal and External Customer Representative

• Maintain close collaboration with headquarters and international teams to resolve complex situations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and third-party suppliers during incident resolution and deployment activities.

Day-to-Day Operations

• Plan and execute scheduled operational tasks.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance, including configuration updates and patch applications.
• Write technical documentation and reports for both internal and customer use.
• Participate in onboarding and training new team members.

Functional/Technical

Intro:

The Capital Markets team in APAC provide corporate administration, private trustee and agency and specialised outsourcing services to some of the world’s biggest investment banks, private equity firms, alternative finance lenders, fund managers, borrowers, and capital markets participants across the full range of asset classes.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• Ideally 3+ years in a Banking/Financial services Industry
• General banking skills are essential, as is the ability to recognise key issues in relation to our clients’ activities
• The successful candidate should have strong communications and organisational skills, along with an ability to think on their feet and to work in a resourceful manner. They should be capable of working on their own initiative but also work well in a team & be comfortable delegating to and managing workflow of colleagues as required.
