Job description

The National University Health System Virtual Care Centre (NUHS VCC) is an initiative where trained personnel provides tele-triage to patients and/or their caregivers. • Ensure timely updating of software patches and mantain devices at optimal performance
• Deliver IMAC ( Install,Move, Add , Change) and Deskside Break Fix Support for end user devices and peripherals, adhering to SLAs by location.
