Role Summary:

You will be responsible for ensuring quality control in semiconductor manufacturing processes, managing engineering changes, resolving production issues, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control measures for semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production data to identify trends and initiate corrective actions to improve yield and reliability.
• Review and validate quality systems and specifications for new equipment and processes.
• Ensure smooth integration of new technologies into the production line with a focus on maintaining quality standards.
• Manage quality control for engineering changes in wafer fabrication, including reviewing change requests, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Oversee the quality of incoming masks through inspections and audits.
• Collaborate with mask suppliers to identify quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the response to major abnormal events in the wafer fab, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage RMAs and work with customer quality teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Physics, Materials Science, or other related engineering fields.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.

Personal Attributes:

• May need to travel to Taiwan for a training period lasting 6 to 9 months.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to be reliable and accountable in all tasks and responsibilities.
• Have the drive to achieve goals and complete tasks independently.
• Proficient in effectively conveying information through both written and verbal communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field, accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers.
• A minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge may be strongly desired.
• Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
• Knowledge of map creation software and photo imaging software.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
• Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
• RES or REO is the added advandage.
