• Recommend efficient and reliable power system architecture(s) with other merits of high-density and light-weight.

Fabrica AI is reinventing how robots are developed. Currently novel robots take 5-20 years. We are building a design automation platform to bring it down to a month, and have already demonstrated significant progress by developing tile grouting robots in record time. The New Product Introduction (NPI) process engineer will provide Dermcut Medical Pte Ltd with technical support and operating knowledge for our medical device operation. With the recent emergence of large language models (LLMs), the research engineers will assist in investigating how data-efficient and resource-efficient techniques, such as data attribution, data selection/reweighting, data valuation, data curation, Bayesian optimization, active learning, can be applied in the context of LLMs (as well as important issues involving AI privacy, model auditability and updatability).

Responsibilities

• Research on topics related to data-efficient machine learning, such as data attribution, data selection/reweighting, data valuation, data curation, Bayesian optimization, and active learning, in the context of LLMs.
• Investigate how these concepts as well as important issues involving AI privacy, model audibility, and updatability can be applied in the context of LLMs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate experiments to characterise the feasibility and performance of the proposed research ideas.
• Collaborate with other PhD and undergraduate students to publish research results in top-tier conferences and journals, with focus on venues associated with the above-mentioned areas .

The research engineer will be jointly advised by Prof. Daniela Rus (MIT CSAIL), Prof. Alex 'Sandy' Pentland (MIT Media Lab), and Assoc. Prof. Bryan Low (NUS School of Computing), and based at SMART (Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research & Technology) in Singapore. The research engineer will have the opportunity to collaborate with PhD and undergraduate students, as well as Postdoctoral Fellows, within our research groups.

Requirements

• Degree or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or other related disciplines.
• Strong publication record at premier AI/ML venues such as ICML, ICLR, NeurIPS, CVPR, ACL, EMNLP or similar.
• Strong proficiency in programming.
• Strong proficiency in English and communication skills.
• Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch, Tensorflow, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the process and practices related to GNC support Templates and Standard Operating Procedures
• Ownership on critical incidents for customers to deliver resolution with in SLA.
• Perform IOS upgrades and patches to fix software and ensure that the environment is bug/vulnerable free by keeping system with up-to-date software.
• Troubleshoot production issues and network/security problems to fix any infra related issues and work with principal vendors and customer to provide the resolution within the proposed timelines.
• Performing RMA for hardware failures and replacement in production environment
• Perform health checks for the critical environments and ensure the systems running up to the standard and no potential failures.
• Setup staging and simulation for customer activities for critical jobs before actual tasks in production environment.
• Working in 24/7 operations centre and standby role for after office hours support on monthly rotational basis
• Able to follow and meet customer SLA for all the incidents and requests / responsible for the service delivery
• Undertake escalation for Enterprise Networking related matters from level 1 helpdesk engineers, perform level 1/2/3 on site troubleshooting and hardware field replacement works for customers.
• Responsible for updating technical documentations for configuration changes made via helpdesks and/or managed services customers.
• Responsible for opening and closing of support tickets when applicable and providing timely updates to helpdesk personnel and customer for support cases that has been allocated to you

The Individual and their Experience:

• Knowledge of ITIL principles, particularly Incident, Change, Problem and Service Management
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experiences in network operations including network, wireless, security technologies.
• Experienced on working with vendors and customer on outage situation and provide direction to juniors and customer on recovering services affectively.
• Hands on experience in operations and BAU for fixing user/infra issues in production environment is essential.

Job Description:

• Provide post discharge follow-up via a coordinated process of care planning & coordination, telecommunication and telehealth monitoring under the supervision of a Nurse Clinician.
• Manage Medical Tier 2 and Tier 3 patients and provide post discharge phone calls.
• Act as a health coach and provide health screening to the residents in the community and health post.

Requirements:

• Holds a degree (preferably in health related discipline)
• Possess working experience as Allied Health Personnel with 3-5 years of experience
• Good knowledge of various community services and support in the community setting will be an advantage
