• Oversee in-house engineering design works of Fire Protection (Sprinkler, Hose Reel, Fire Hydrant, Dry Riser, etc) and Plumbing and Sanitary system, including detailed design, hydraulic calculation, shop drawings, pipe sizing, equipment selection, etc.
• Manage Fire Protection & Plumbing design coordination with other trades with BIM coordination.
• Liaise with Fire Protection & Plumbing suppliers for quotation, responsible for equipment selection, technical and commercial evaluation.

• Prepare documentation and carry out testing and commissioning, combined services testing for TOP/CSC.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Min 5 years Singapore-based FP & Plumbing experiences in Construction Industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

Purpose and Scope

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E&I Engineer to lead the E&I Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in electrical and instrumentation systems within power or utilities plant environments. Key Roles and Responsibilities
