Responsibilities:
1. Based on the business objectives of the HR Operation team, develop a system strategy plan and implementation roadmap;
2. Develop or review system project management plans, supervise project progress status and identify risks, ensure that HR Operation system projects are successfully delivered;
3. Cooperate with Global Operation Improvement process experts and front-line operation teams to analyze business requirements and evaluate system solutions, ensure that the HR Operation system project is launched, and accepted by front-line operation colleagues;
4. Based on the seven main processes of HR Operations: onboarding, offboarding, transfer, dispatch, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and employee helpdesk, drive the direction of system iteration to ensure that the system and process can serve HR operation business operation in the long run;
5. Continuously improve the HR Operation system request management and system project management mechanism to ensure that the mechanism is effectively implemented and the demand is delivered with high quality and efficiency;
6. Cooperate with four regional Operation Improvement teams worldwide to continuously improve the regional demand analysis and reporting capabilities, and improve the quality of regional system requirements.
