• Deploy and manage System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to monitor and manage our network infrastructure and ensure seamless software deployment and updates.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory services, including user accounts, group policies (GPO), and domain controllers. Ensure secure and efficient access to network resources
• Assist and respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
