Bridgepoint Health is a new, ambitious group of GP practices - family clinics - focusing on preventive and whole-of-person primary healthcare.

As admin and technical challenges build, the actual practice of medicine - taking time to communicate and journey with the patient – becomes even more difficult.

The Role

The Person

Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering

3 to 5 years of work experience in business analysis and project management, preferably with focus on stakeholder and vendor engagement

Experience in defining requirements and delivering IT hardware and software implementation project

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including familiarity with Scrum methodology and agile practices

Proficient in managing Active Directory (AD) services, defining access rights, and implementing efficient onboarding processes

Knowledge of security protocols and best practices related to AD and access management, and understanding of cybersecurity principles, including data protection and threat management

Understanding and deployment of clinical IT environment, Health Information Bill (HIB) cybersecurity requirements for systems, data, policy and team player with excellent analytical and organizational skills

Operating knowledge of standard CMS systems

Responsibilities

• To cover design aspects for systems such as Radars, Navigation Comms, Integrated Comms, Integrated Combat Systems and Layout designs

• Work with other trades on integration design between Platform and Systems

• To prepare the General Arrangement Plan (GAP)

• Preparation of tender proposal and technical specifications for tender submission

• Establish Major Equipment Specifications and Selections

• To check and ensure equipment specification, technical information, functional description document, installation control document and interface design specification are correct and properly maintained, disseminate and use for the preparation of design work activities

• Planning and control of Basic design document schedule to support project milestone

• To develop of new designs and design concepts;

• To source for new design tools;

Key Roles & Responsibilities

The Manager will support the Vice President (Systems and Quality Assurance) in implementing and managing the Company's Excel QA framework, School Management Model (SMM) Knowledge Repository, EduTrust compliance and data protection across the organisation.

Company's Framework & SMM Knowledge Repository

1. Assist in the development, management, and implementation of the SingEdExcel framework across schools.

2. Support the Vice President in monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating the effectiveness of the framework and the knowledge repository.

3. Coordinate with school leaders and staff to ensure effective adoption and implementation of standardised policies and procedures.

4. Maintain documentation of all policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible in the knowledge repository.

5. Assist in organising professional learning sessions for school leaders on the SingEdExcel framework and SMM Knowledge Repository.

EduTrust Compliance & Support

1. Support the Vice President in serving as an internal assessor for schools preparing for EduTrust certification.

Data Protection Compliance

1. Assist in the development and implementation of data protection policies and procedures.

2. Support in conducting data protection risk assessments and audits across all schools.

3. Monitor compliance with data protection laws and regulations and report findings to the Group DPO.

4. Coordinate data protection training and awareness programmes for staff.

5. Maintain comprehensive records of data processing activities and assist in the preparation of reports on data protection compliance.

Job Specification

• Recognised bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.

The Role

FX Systems Management

• Primary Administrator for TMS-FX module. Experience working with FIS Integrity is a plus.
• Responsible to ensure smooth, timely and accurate data flow between all internal and external systems connected in the organization’s overall FX landscape. Various systems include FXall, TMS, Bloomberg, internal FX request/payment platform, SAP, etc.
