Mandatory Skill-set:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering;
• At least 2 years of experience in supporting Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk);
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or C#;
• Working knowledge in Unix scripting;

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 and L3 support for production systems, focusing on monitoring, maintaining, and continuously improving the Manufacturing Execution System (MES);
• Ensure the proper operation of production lines concerning products, routes, operations, equipment, recipes, and lot movements;

4. To prepare worksheets for new tests and assist to review existing worksheets
5. To lead and assist colleagues/ subordinates to ensure smooth operation of Concrete Lab
6. To provide support in the development of new tests
7. To provide and participate in corporate activities such as safety, internal/external trainings, work improvement, etc.
8. To participate in SAC SINGLAS Accreditation Assessment and achieve approved signatory
9. To support other sections when required e.g. Thermal lab/ Cement Lab/ Cube lab
