Job Description & Requirements

The Senior System Engineer is responsible to provide operational support to system infrastructure, support to the clients and resolution of technical issues and conducting root cause analysis. Deployment Phase

Production Support

• Ensure that the operation for Infrastructure Services are running smoothly and manage vendors such as hardware and software providers for hardware replacement and performance tuning and capacity planning

• Required to be on standby for escalation of major incident and ensuring that incident are handled according to SOP and addressed promptly

Mandatory Skills Description:
