Responsibilities

• Work as Senior Tankage Design Engineers to execute the Tankage Design Engineering of

the Project which includes design of Fixed Roof Tank / Floating Roof Tank as per API 650,

Low Pressure Tank as per API 620, Spherical Tank and Bullets as per ASME Section VIII &

Cryogenic Double Wall Tanks as per API 620 & API 625.

• Preparation, Review & Checking of Tankage Design Documents such as Design Calculation

for Tank, Finite Element Analysis, Tank Data Sheets, Tankage Material specification,

Tankage Fabrication Drawings & ensure Compliance to API 650, API 620, API 625, ASME

Sec VIII, AP 2000 and all Applicable Codes & Standards.

SUMMARY:

Responsible for the safe, reliable and cost effective maintenance and repair of the fleet and facilities by effectively planning and managing the workshop resources to maximise efficiency and productivity, in the process ensuring that scheduled work is completed on time and within budget, making due allowance for effectively dealing with the unscheduled work that arises during the course of daily operations. In meeting this prime objective, full compliance with all Company policies and procedures are mandatory with particular reference to health, safety and environmental legislation.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:

• Responsible for running and updating the vehicle inspection, servicing and MOT plans on the computerised fleet management system.
• Responsible for allocating the details of the repeat and breakdown defects to the relevant Engineering Supervisor and ensuring that adequate remedial action is taken.
• Responsible for ensuring that all vehicle records are kept up to date and comply with all company policies, procedures and legislation.
• Identify and establish reasons for poor vehicle component performance, formally reporting such incidences to the Fleet Maintenance Manager with the full facts and implications.
• To manage and motivate the engineering team to achieve good standards of performance, level of commitment, awareness and motivation. Identify training and development needs and arrange appropriate training. Encourage staff to share their skills and knowledge.

• Develop the relationship between the stores and the workshop to promote cooperation. Arrange for the correct component parts to be available when scheduling vehicles for repair. Review stock levels to ensure they match demand without exceeding budgeted levels of stock holding.
• Monitor the performance of external contractors undertaking vehicle maintenance and repair to ensure quality of work and compliance with vehicle maintenance standards.
• Produce on a timely basis, engineering cost statements for use in third party insurance recoveries ensuring that all labour and material costs are accurately captured and documented.
• Consult with Trade Union Representatives with the objective of maintaining good industrial relations whilst exercising appropriate management leadership.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, CONDITIONS SPECIFICATION:

About the Opportunity

The IT Engineer provides support to employees experiencing technical problems and performs troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, resolution, and escalations. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with system and server administration and virtualization experiences are required. Purpose: To create, control and manage changes to customer's Technical Product Data (TPD) packages (Items, Bill of Materials, Product specification documents) in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. To deploy TPD changes to the relevant Persons-in-Charge (PICs) for execution.

Key Area of Responsibilities:

• Check the correctness and completeness of product packages, such as Technical Product Data (TPD) and Bill of Materials (BOM) received from customers.
• Work with the user of TPDs to define the new TPD requirement and update the ISO document (for new customers or any change in TPD requirement).

As a Product Design Engineer specializing in IO connectors, your primary focus will be on supporting the development and manufacturing of new products. This will involve collaborating with manufacturing teams to review and provide feedback on the feasibility and plant capability of new concepts. Job Description:

• Technical review on new project orders and order assignments to Technical Engineer & Drafter team.
