You will be responsible for the smooth release of new products to manufacturing, resolving process-related issues, and tracking assets.

• Develop and continuously improve the sub-con quality system to meet agreed goals.
• Monitor project deadlines and budgetary expenditures.
• Collaborate with Sub-Con, Product Design, QA, and Components Engineers to ensure new product release for manufacturing, including full qualification.

• Manage product capacity expansion, including duplicating machines/fixtures if necessary.
