Required Qualifications & Experience:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex technical issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists in the coordination of various teams testing and evaluating for the development of design and its implementation of the best output.
• To ensure continuous availability and optimal performance of the Customer Service CRM system.
• To work on the integration of video / Voice systems with the internal crm system.
• Review business requirements, provide recommendations, and evaluate solutions proposed by the Product Manager.
• Design, prepare, and execute comprehensive validation scenarios for new features.
