Duties & Responsibilities

• To manage project cycle independently with minimum supervision.
• Work with external parties and customers to plan, organize and direct activities concerned with assigns projects.
• Develop project schedule in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones, develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field and update the schedule regularly.
• Responsible for site activities , coordination and supervisions works related to engineering and system design.
• Ensure timely completion of all projects particularly T&C schedules.
• Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination, design and plan out shop drawing and submission, costing, ordering.
• Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters.
• Ensure project work compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices.
• Attending site meeting and coordination with stakeholders, external parties and customers to plan, organize and other related activities for assigned projects.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma and/or Degree in relevant fields of studies
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Electrical or ACMV
• Able to manage the entire project cycle independently with minimum supervision

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Will be part of Global Technical Sales team led by Technical Sales Director
• Responsible for generating proposals independently most of the time working with guidance from Technical Sales Director
• Study customer’s specifications: review, interpret, understand, and identify bid requirements.
• Prepare complete deliverables for the full technical proposal producing simulations, material balance and utility requirements, Process Flow Diagrams, equipment sizing and design, Capital Cost Estimation
• Attend customer proposal review meetings as needed, presenting the technical details as required.
• Support commercial sales team based in China with technical inputs for customer sales visits and travel with them as and when needed.
• Develop opportunities with a focus on increasing market share and identifying new opportunities for Sulzer;
• Correct usage and timely update of CRM tool
• Drive the company’s risk management process for quoted opportunities
• Deliver Order intake results to meet annual targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering / Business or Equivalent.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in refinery, petrochemical, and downstream industry with basic understanding of process configuration
• Proficient with process simulation and design software’s like PROII, HYSYS, Aspen Plus etc.
• The ideal candidate has relevant sales experience in licensing and is passionate about technology, customer relationships, and results.

1. Prepare reports, designs and drawings.

2. Liaise with clients and a variety of professionals like RTO and subcontractors.

3. Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.

4. Ensure projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.

5. Inspect project to ensure conformance to design specifications.

6. Estimate quantities and cost of materials, schedule materials and equipment purchase and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Repairs, preventive maintenance and trouble shooting of precast automatic production machines and overhead cranes
• Able to interpret electrical circuit and mechanical drawings including pneumatic and hydraulics system
• Sound knowledge in PLC, inverter drives and direct-on-line controls
• Able to oversee maintenance team

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Min 1 year experience in maintenance of mechanical equipment
• 2-3 years experience in production machinery and industrial equipment
• Possess good written & spoken communication in English
• Able to work independently

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design of commercial, residential, industrial buildings in precast.
2. To liaise and coordinate with consultants and main-contractor on project details and resolving technical issues.
3. Accountable for the preparation and completion of precast shop drawings with specific time and meets all clients’ requirements.
4. Accountable for accuracy and updating amendments to precast shop drawings.
5. Attend meetings with consultants and main-contractor as well as site meetings.
6. Manage drafting staff and check drawings to ensure compliance with design concept.
7. Manage, plan and schedule projects, shop drawings for submission and production.
8. To liaise internally with coordinator and production on submission/issuance of shop drawings any technical issue and keep them updated of any revision.
9. Conduct review on details of design to ensure the accuracy of shop drawings produced.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from recognised University.
2. 3 years working experience in construction design.
3. Familiar with design analysis software such as Etabs, Prokon etc.
4. Good communication skills.
