We are seeking a System Architect. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in the design,

• Customer System Maintenance:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on Linux (RedHat) servers for multiple customers, including updates, patch management, and system tuning. Verify backup processes for various customer systems before working on it, ensuring in the unfortunate event, the data or system can be restored.
  
• 24x7 Standby and Incident Response: Be available on a 24x7 standby basis with a duty phone, rotating weekly among team members.
  Respond promptly to support calls and emails from different customers, diagnosing and resolving issues to restore normal operations.
  Manage multiple customer incidents concurrently, ensuring timely and effective communication with each customer.
  
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for complex system issues across multiple customer environments, collaborating with other teams as necessary.
